v1.2 is now only packer / unpacker, and will use the name F4Restool.

Several tweaks, and a couple new features added post version 1.1.

Heres all my completed AB tiles in PSD and PCX format. The PSD format files are the originals and the layers contain the different terrain types. Ive also included all the PCX cuts for AB in-case.

TexInstall works the same with AF as it did with the legacy versions. Make a skin folder within your objects folder (containing xxxx.bmp) then run texinstall from inside the objects folder root. Anyhow,

I PM'd you T-REX about what lines SPTinstall needs. Logically I thought it was baseDir only though after testing it seems it needs <theaterdir> also. So in a nutshell, SPTinstalll.exe requires BOTH baseDir and theaterdir.

Yeah if only AF regkey is detected then get NSIS to insert the legacy F4 regkey for the duration of the install so SPT will function properly.

Theres the option of using Htti.exe (LP's version of SPTinstall) that came with HiTiles AF, though that might be a sensitive issue heh.

Technically yes that would be much better as I can account for objects and place features correctly making it look more "realistic". I would then be able to use GE as a source and we could have much higher res AB tiles.

Default is fine...

With PS you can easily "select all" then file/new, use the default settings then hit paste. It will make a new image with the exact size but using the default RGB mode.

I just formated them indexed PCX. After quickly looking at that tutorial i see what palette i need to be using. I can go back and make adustments if i can get PS to do a batch convert.

Oh one more thing, when you save the pcx's, please leave the index 252-255 palette to pure WHITE and save same palette to all tiles in one tile-set . Otherwise I have to re-palette them and usually it loses some color then depending how bad the it will be. I can do that re-palette thing, no problem...

Im almost done cutting up all my AB's into PCX, havent had tons of time these last few days. I noticed that 21_03 Airbase isnt referenced in that Korea AB PDF list. There is mention of a 03_21. Are these related / interchangeable?
