128 segment Vietnam vs the eFalcon slide show

Well,the theater appears to be working like it should unfortunatly eFalcon 1.10 runs so bad on my system that I can't really do any test flying.

System specs.
P-II 350
128 megs
V-3 3000

I was under the impression that this version of eFalcon was supposed to run reasonably well so if anybody has any suggestions on a cure I'd be glad to hear it.

eRazor 1.10 runs well

still 350 mhz is a bit low
and especially your voodoo3 is a
bottle neck for 1.10


upgrading system would be the best
if possible..

I still ahave 1.08i2/rp3 on my 350/voodoo3
runs ok there..

Yeah I also have seen posts where Voodoo users say they can run the eF pretty nicely.

Maybe its the eF settings you need to check out with little more detail, like the advanced tab.

Lets be blunt here... eF only supports D3D... The V3 is a Glide only beast, that, to put it quite blunt, was a pretty sorry sort of card from day one... If youre on a budget and SERIOUSLY want to eF, then go and pick up a cheap TNT2 based card....

Yeah,108i2/RP runs great on this system.

I'm usually so broke I have trouble paying attention so upgrading right now is not an option.

I pulled a 12 meg V2 and 16 meg Viper 550 to install the V3 card.I supposed I could pull the V3 and go back to the old set up but I really don't want to.

I'll check the advanced tab to see if anything can be done there.

I really don't have any desire to run eFalcon at all but it's required for the 128 segment Vietnam gameworld.

This gets weirder all the time,I reinstalled F4 again and now it runs eFalcon well enough to fly the 128 segment gameworld.So it appears that I screwed something up the first time around even though I got no idea what it was.
The 128 segment add-on is causing some frame rate hits but nothing major.
Now I can get back to the job.

My voodoo banshee runs efalcon 110
in d3d with 32 bit color(go into the advanced tab)on my po man's system--PII350 384RAM--maybe it's a driver or card setting issue
