Splitting a theater

Post by lamurt » 2007-10-30 10:18:21

say we have a finished & very much flyable 128x128 theater but we want a 64x64 piece of it as a standalone theater.

possible?

While you can use terrainview to export terrain segments and tacedit exports objectives and units... however the result is not a match anymore when you try to combine the two (three actually).

Try it. Export 64 segments and then try to export same amount of objects/units in that region from tacedit and then create new set of objectives from there, I'd be interested of seeing how they align together.

The change in the projection will be what screws things up I bet.
