Terrain Tile Templates

Has anyone considered the idea of creating some PSD templates for terrain tile?

Might be sort of cool to create a border interface and then be able to take seemless tiles and cut borders and mix and match tiles.

I would not mind seeing if Tom Waelti would be willing to share his PSD's for the community to use and make additional tile sets that interface with his Hi-Tiles. . .

The idea of having tiles - but perhaps doing a palette shift to change the color of the tile might be another way to add variation, much the way the season changer - but instead add additional sets with these palette shifts.
