need new texture templates!!

Hey all,

I am planning on making new textures for the Middle East theater and doing a major overhaul on the current work, the only problem is that I don't have any other textures left. Hell if you dont understand last sentence ignore it LOL
anyways can someone convert some Janes USAF tiles for me to use for the Middle East? I'd pay ya if I could, but I cant so I'll just say "thank you"

Tbone could we use your egroup
as a tile database
every future terrainmaker could benifit from this.
as you say tile templates are scares (I'm only using yours at the moment)
and it would be good too concentrate these tiles, and make them downloadeble for everybody.
And still have some control on who gets them.
(one has tro be a member)

Sounds like your not happy with the current look ie:major overhaul. Why, does USAF terrain look better? I will research this.

Well not exactly a major overhaul, just an big exaggeration. I saw Com GP's sand textures from USAF and they looked better suited for a middle east theater than our current one which is yellow as an egg yolk. Thats basically a mjor overhaul though if you consider how many tiles must be edited in order to replace the yellow sand!

Toffmiester has an image gallery of USAF. I must say the desert shots look stunning, but their Vietnam looks ugly, Germany too. I also didn't see much in the way of structures,troops,ect...
Kinda sparce looking compared to F4. However, the aircraft look really nice, and I think that's its main purpose.

OK, this are pretty bad photos, they are taken from USAF, im sorry but i havent done havent been able to do more today, here they are, at least you can use the colors, i dont resposabilice about the copyright of usaf and how you use this pictures.
