how to change bullseye position ?

I want to know if I am able to change the position of my brand new TE mission files' bullseye position and the way to do that ? Any help will be greatly appreciated

I am trying to change it by edting the mission file and changing the original location of the bullseye , but whenever I enter the newly edited mission , nothing seems to change.
